3. Responsibilities

Confidential information will be used only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate business operations.

10. Survival of Confidentiality Obligations

Confidentiality obligations continue even after employment, contracting, volunteering, or other business relationships with TOPTIA have ended, unless otherwise provided by law or written agreement.

TOPTIA reserves the right to revise this Confidentiality & Confidential Information Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
