With nearly a decade of experience in multifamily property management, Tia realized that most people do not need another company selling them a service. They need someone willing to listen, understand where they are, and help them determine their next step. That realization became TOPTIA. She founded TOPTIA because she saw people being passed from company to company without anyone understanding their complete situation. Today, she brings together expertise in property management, business consulting, and operations to provide solutions built around each person’s unique goals. As a visionary leader, Tia focuses on creating clarity, removing obstacles, and helping people move forward with confidence, guided by faith and a commitment to excellence.
