Service Description
TOPTIA provides community-based support for individuals who are rebuilding after incarceration, financial hardship, job loss, housing instability, or other major setbacks. Support may include employment referrals, housing resources, transportation assistance, training opportunities, business guidance, document preparation, mentorship, and connections to community programs. Services and resources depend on eligibility, funding, program availability, and partner participation. Our goal is to help individuals create a realistic path forward with dignity, structure, and support. Free Solution Session. Language: English, Spanish. No-show policy: One no-call/no-show may result in restricted future scheduling and require approval before another appointment. Cancellation should not count as a no-show.
