Toptia Management Company is an owner operated property management company that provides housing placements for individuals who have negative backgrounds ensuring that they have access to safe and stable housing. Most companies conduct background screenings that specifically searches for criminal backgrounds. Despite the age of a past offense, approval odds of an application face a chance of denying resulting in not being able to secure housing. 

OUR WHY

The denial rate of individuals with negative criminal history is much higher than individuals that are denied from prior delinquencies and evictions. This leads to individuals deceiving the application process, by applying in a name not of their own or using an illegal social security number (CPN) which does detect a real background screening; it shows as "NO RECORD FOUND"  . Having an agency that assists in housing for these specific individuals will decrease fraudulent rental applications and fraudulent credit profile number usages. There are so many channels that you can access from a widely used social media platform showing that people are actually making money for the exchange of an illusion of a  clean  background for individuals with a criminal record , in order to secure a home.

 

 

Our qualifying guidelines can be focused more on income and actual rental history. Our prospects can show up as themselves, for themselves. A past crime should not justify why a person is facing homelessness. An expecting mother should not be denied a home due to a 10+ year old offense. The very few places that does allow an override of criminal history, are usually located in low income, urbanized areas which reflect their stigmas. We aim to provide clean, luxury living

PROJECTS

Toptia Management Company currently seeking to secure funding in order to build or purchase a multifamily properties that allows individuals on the registry to be housed peacefully within the terms of their release guidelines. The complex will be located within the guidelines that is outlined in the law  (ie: x amount of feet away from schools, parks etc. ) This will also allow veterans that fall under this category since any HUD VASH vouchers excludes to assist veterans who may be displaced but also on the life-long registry. We will have our own barriers and qualifiers for the clients needing this assistance
