Mission: We provide justice-impacted individuals with the tools and support to successfully reintegrate into society—starting with safe housing, career-connected employment, and critical wraparound resources. Our model reduces recidivism by addressing root causes of instability while restoring agency, dignity, and purpose. By investing in this work, funders help break cycles of incarceration and unlock the untapped potential of individuals ready to contribute to their families, workplaces, and communities.
Location: Greater Baton Rouge, Mid-city Baton Rouge, Louisiana, East Baton Rouge Parish- expecting to later expand
Who does this organization cater to: Individuals previously convicted of any crimes, Individuals with pending convictions and/or misdemeanors, Individuals seeking employment, and any other individual that can benefit from our program

As our organization grows our services and facilities are expected to expand
PROJECTS
TMW's Hope Foundation will be in search of partnering with Bail bonds company, Court Programs, Lawyers, Judges, Licensed and bonded companies for internships, Contracts with felon friendly employers, Brokers, Realtors, NAA, BRAA, and as many positive connections as we can to make this program a proven success. We will also continuously scout land and new development options to be able to cater to pregnant women, veterans, and juveniles. We are working around the clock to become the most recognize re-entry, transitional, and reform agency.
