Toptia solutions will locate and enter contracts with businesses who are currently searching for employees whether contracted, seasonal, part time, or full time and who are second chance employers. OUR WHY
Individuals with negative background history tend to have very limited employment options and opportunities unless they aim to be self employed, and not everyone has a personal goal of being a business owner in order to support themself and their families. Jobs should be based on skills, knowledge, competence, and much more rather than past failures. Declining a highly skilled, trained, dedicated and reliable employee for a past mistake is the reason so many revert to their old habits. If there was a solution to present an individual chance to redeem themselves in society; a solid opportunity; a past of stigmatized failures will no longer override present day redemption. PROJECTS
Our firm is also in the works of being a fully accredited and operating site for performing background screenings, urinalysis, and live-scan finger printing services. Along with the appropriate skill evaluation and pre-screening routine, our program will be able to provide the second chance employer with any pre-screening requested by the employer.. These services will also become available to individuals outside of the Toptia network, making us an accredited vendor with the proper licensures. This will benefit state workers, teachers, government officials, and any other agency that requires their employees to be properly screened before employment
